Yes. Credentialing, recredentialing, and contracting are part of the RCM engagement, so there’s no separate enrollment invoice. We regularly work BCBST, TennCare MCOs, and Palmetto GBA (Medicare), plus other Tennessee payers. Timelines depend on the payer. We submit complete packets and follow up until there’s a decision. Do we have to change our EHR?
No. We work with your existing system and run billing on Waystar. Your clinicians keep their workflow. Most practices are live within a few weeks, depending on payer enrollments and how quickly we get clearinghouse and EHR access.
