Questions Tennessee practices ask before they switch.
Do you work with practices outside Tennessee?
No. We serve Tennessee practices only. That focus is the point: our team works Tennessee payers, including Palmetto GBA, BCBST, and the TennCare MCOs, every day.
We already have a biller. What happens to our old A/R?
We take it over. When you switch, we pick up the open balances from your previous biller and work them alongside your new claims, so money from before the transition isn’t written off by default.
How much does medical billing cost?
7.5% of monthly collections up to $50K, 6.5% from $50,001 to $100K, 5.5% from $100,001 to $250K, and 4.5% above $250K. The rate is based on collections, not charges. No setup fee, and credentialing is included for RCM clients. See full pricing.
Is credentialing really included?
Yes. Credentialing, recredentialing, and contracting are part of the RCM engagement. There isn’t a separate enrollment invoice. Read our Tennessee credentialing guide.
Can we meet with your team in person?
Yes, if you’re in the Cleveland or Chattanooga area. Practices elsewhere in Tennessee work with us by phone, email, and in your EHR, with the same same-day response.
Do we have to change our EHR?
